Every engagement with us starts with Your Studio Assessment, a thorough and comprehensive review of your business. We go over your business with a fine-tooth comb and look at your systems, processes, and documents. You’ll have a clear understanding of your challenges, strengths, and any gaps to be addressed so we can prioritize areas of maximum impact in your business.

An Intentional Process & Experience

For a 16-week engagement (The Maven Method), you’ll meet with our interior design consultant for 90 minutes every other week. Between each of the eight sessions, you’ll have homework, implementation tasks, and documentation to complete. The time commitment varies depending on your business, but plan for about 3-5 hours a week of working on your business outside of our calls. This is an important investment in your business’s long-term success, and it’s an active learning process. The time you put in will pay off quickly, and you’ll start seeing noticeable results within the first few weeks.

The last thing we want for you as a designer is to have more work on your plate. At first, implementing new systems can take a little extra effort. You’ll be documenting workflows, refining processes, and making decisions that might feel time-consuming at the moment. The short-term investment will lead to long-term satisfaction and ease. Once your systems are in place, your business will run more smoothly, and you’ll spend less time putting out fires and managing chaos as you find more time to focus on your love of clients and design.

Yes! The work we do together is designed to integrate with your ongoing projects and operations, not disrupt them. All of our engagements begin with Your Studio Assessment, which is an investment of $800. From there, we’ll guide you to our Maven Method or The Designer’s Focus and customize the scope of our work based on your business needs. You’ll be provided with transparent investment details during Your Studio Assessment call once we’ve identified the path forward for you.

We begin with the assessment because it provides a clear roadmap of where to focus and eliminates the guesswork of moving forward together. Within the first few weeks of implementation, The Nue clients begin to notice tangible improvements: better cash flow, smoother client communications, and fewer roadblocks. By the end of our 16-week engagement, you’ll have systems in place that support sustainable growth.
